Thanks for trying Form Wizard 1.0!

I wrote this program to help myself, but I thought others might find
it useful.

If this program is going to be of use to you, I assume that you have most of
the necessary dll's as they come with VB.  That includes the Access 1.1 Dll's
if you use them or the Access 2.0 Jet Dll's if you use them.

However, just in case, the dll's for Access 2.0 can be found in the same
place you found this under the name fwzdll.zip.

To use, unzip the file formwiz1 in a directory by itself and run formwiz.exe
from the Windows Program Manager (File|Run).

Watch for Form Wizard 2.0 which will include combo boxes, list boxes, check
boxes, and sub-forms in addition to textboxes!
